Week Six - Business Entity

One of your fellow entrepreneurs wanted to share THIS BOOK with you (thanks, Jennifer!). Some of you have mentioned feeling overwhelmed or struggling to stay focused and move forward- it sounds like this book might be helpful!

Homework:

Complete the pricing activity from last week, if you haven’t done it yet. Remember, it is very likely that you’ll lose more money on your business than necessary if you don’t know these numbers. It’s really important to do before you get too far down the road!

Reminders for food businesses:

The next food-only session on labeling is this Thursday, 4/9, in the Can-Do Kalamazoo conference room. If you are a food business and don’t have a product that will need a label, you can either choose to come to the presentation in the case that you will someday have a packaged product OR opt to use the time to work on something else- we’ll give you a quiet space to do so.

You’ll be taking the Food Safety Manager Certification exam on May 7th. It’s time to start studying! See the link in last week’s email to get the book.
